Andre Jooste was born in Cape Town, South Africa, his creative career officially started when he attended City Varsity, where he graduated in Animation for TV & Film in 2002.

Since 2003 he's been following his lifelong passion for tattooing, currently the co-owner (with his wife) of Studio One Tattoos and Piercings, situated in the heart of Westdene Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa.

Where Andre specialize in Nordic designs, dark art and realism (mainly wildlife and portraits) both for tattoo designs and various printed projects.
