Celtic Talisman, Dogs Of Cu Chulainn

 In the Irish myth of Cu Chulainn, a young boy by the name of Setanta slew a mighty hound belonging to Culann. As a payment for the death of the mighty hound Setanta offered to defend Culann's land in place of his hound. In recognition of his honorable deed, Setanta was renamed Cu Chulainn (meaning "Hound of Culann")
